The Columbian
For the first time in its 135-year history, The Columbian set out to tell its own story through video. They came to me to lead the creative from concept to delivery—directing, shooting, and shaping the narrative to honor a newsroom that’s been a pillar of the community for generations.
The project included a flagship brand film, a full photo set, and a suite of social ads built to reintroduce the paper to a modern audience. The result was a timeless, human look at a legacy institution stepping confidently into its next chapter.
